We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should have the option to return merchandize they are not satisfied with. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Please be aware that returns may incur a shipping and restocking fee for returns that are made for any reason other than damaged, expired or defective merchandise.
I don’t see an option to return via self-service my account
There may be instances where you don’t see the option for returning any merchandize in an order. This can happen be due to several reasons as mentioned below
- Item itself is not eligible for return.
- Your total value of returnable items do not fall between minimum and maximum amounts.
- The validity period for returning the item has expired.

How do I send back the item(s) I want to return?
With our return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
- You can return your purchased items to the address from where it was delivered to you using a traceable shipping method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be able to refund the amount.
- Please print the RMA number generated when you submitted to return order request and include that with your return shipment.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- If there is any shipping or restocking cost incurred with your returns, you will know about out it while returning the items. So, no hidden costs!!
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
