Lindsay Libera Dye

Owner/President

Lindsay Libera Dye is the Owner/President of Eagle Crest, Inc., a manufacturing and embroidery company, which specializes in the production of military souvenir apparel for the military PX market. Her Dad started the business in 1981, with a passion to give back to the military men and women he served with in the Navy.

Lindsay came onboard as the Operations Manager (with a direct report to the President) in 2023 with the goal of giving her father the gift of retirement. She was able to do so in December of 2025 as she purchased and assumed the role of President. She loves guiding the company’s continued growth as well as preserving the legacy her father built over the many years in business.

With eight years of diverse professional experience, Lindsay has built a well-rounded career across multiple industries. She began her career in the aerospace world with Northrop Grumman Corporation, working in finance as well as contracts. She then transitioned into human resources, where she worked for Samaritan’s Purse, one of the nation's largest Christian ministries by recruiting, hiring, and training the next generation of overseas Christian leaders. These experiences strengthened her expertise in operations, leadership, talent development, and organizational growth.

Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2021. She is passionate about building strong teams, cultivating meaningful relationships, and leading with integrity while delivering exceptional products and services to customers. Her volunteer work includes working with her church as well as participating in programs to improve the overall health and welfare of our Veterans.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She and her husband, John, whom she married in January 2026, now work together at Eagle Crest, as they continue to grow the company and build upon its longstanding reputation for quality and service.
